What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform restorative, cosmetic, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, and emergency dentistry
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, specialists, and support staff
• Build lasting relationships with patients based on trust and education
• Participate in continuing education and clinical development opportunities

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning
