Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our practice in Frederick, MD on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a great opportunity for a dentist who is looking for a consistent part-time schedule and is comfortable providing a broad range of general dentistry, with particular experience in root canals and implant dentistry.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Maryland dental license in good standing
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Experience performing root canal treatments (RCTs)
• Experience placing and/or restoring dental implants
• Strong general dentistry skills
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule

• Fridays
• Saturdays
• Consistent part-time schedule

Compensation

• 30% of adjusted production
• Competitive compensation based on experience and clinical skill
• Opportunity for strong earning potential based on production

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treatment-plan patients
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform root canal treatments
• Provide implant-related procedures
• Perform restorative procedures, including crowns, fillings, and other general dentistry
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, ethical patient care
