A privately owned, doctor-led general practice in Alexandria is seeking an associate dentist to join our clinical team.

We are not a DSO. There is no corporate quota, no scripted treatment plan, and no regional manager. The owner is a practicing dentist who is in the operatory alongside you.

Compensation

• $900–$1,100 daily guarantee (based on experience) or 32–34% of adjusted collections, whichever is greater
• Guarantee period through the first 120 days while your schedule fills
• Typical full-time associate earnings: $200,000–$350,000 depending on days worked and production
• What you'll work with
• Established patient base and a full schedule — you are not building from zero

What we're looking for

• Active Maryland dental license
• Comfortable with bread-and-butter general dentistry: restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, endo
• Implant, Invisalign, or surgical experience is a plus, not a requirement
• New graduates welcome to apply — mentorship is built into how we run the practice
• Clear communicator with patients. We do not do high-pressure case presentation.

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• No weekends required
