What We're Looking For:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Maryland dental license
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry; additional skills (e.g., Invisalign, endo, implants) are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• A team player who values integrity, growth, and providing compassionate care

Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Pay: $131,808.55 - $158,737.19 per year
