New Life Dental is seeking a motivated, thoughtful associate dentist who enjoys learning and wants to build a long-term future with our team. This position starts at two days per week, with the potential to transition to full-time and explore a future partnership as the relationship and practice grow.

About Our Practice

We are a predominantly PPO practice in Germantown, Maryland, focused on providing comfortable, personalized dental care. We take time to explain treatment options, earn our patients’ trust, and help them make informed decisions about their oral health.

Our office offers:

• In-office CBCT imaging
• An in-house dental laboratory
• Invisalign treatment
• Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry
• Dental implant services and exposure to more advanced treatment planning

Mentorship and Professional Growth

Work alongside Owner doctor with opportunities to discuss cases, strengthen your treatment-planning skills, and develop your clinical judgment. We welcome questions and value a dentist who takes an active role in their own development.

We are especially interested in someone who wants to establish lasting relationships with patients and colleagues and grow within the practice over time. A future partnership opportunity may be available based on mutual fit, performance, and shared goals.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver quality general dental care within your clinical skills and experience.
• Clearly explain treatment options and help patients feel comfortable with their care.
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records.
• Participate in case discussions and continuing education.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least one year of clinical experience practicing as a dentist.
• A DDS or DMD degree and an active Maryland dental license by the start date.
• A motivated clinician who wants to continue learning and welcomes mentorship and constructive feedback.
• A compassionate communicator who builds trust with patients.
• A dependable team member with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality care.
• A dentist seeking a long-term professional home, with interest in growing into a full-time role and potentially a future partnership.
• Experience and confidence performing tooth extractions and endodontic treatment, including root canal therapy

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual earning potential of $125,000–$300,000, depending on days worked, production, and experience. This range reflects varying schedules, including a potential transition to full-time, and is not a guaranteed salary for the initial two-day schedule.
