About Our Practice

We are a thriving multi-doctor practice with a strong reputation built over many years in the Belmont/Rockford community. Our facility features:

• 10 fully equipped operatories
• A team of 5 dedicated hygienists generating a consistent, high-quality patient pipeline
• A collaborative clinical environment
• Open Dental software platform
• Modern technology, streamlined workflows, and systems-driven operations

You will step into a busy, established patient base from day one — no cold starts, no building from scratch. Just great dentistry with the support to do it well.

We are committed to attracting top talent with a compensation package that rewards your performance and invests in your future.

�� Financial Compensation

• $75,000 guaranteed base salary for 6 months — so you can focus on clinical excellence and establishing yourself in the practice without financial stress.
• Production bonus: If your personal collections exceed the equivalent of your guaranteed draw, you transition to 30% of collections — whichever is greater
• Clear, transparent compensation model with significant upside as your patient volume grows

• Health insurance contribution provided
• Malpractice (professional liability) insurance paid in full by the practice — you are covered, period

• Continuing Education (CE) courses paid for — we invest in keeping you at the forefront of dentistry

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Michigan
