Associate Dentist – Private Practice | Minneapolis & Richfield, MN

We are looking for a caring, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established private dental practice with locations in Minneapolis and Richfield.

Our practice has built a strong reputation by providing excellent dentistry in a friendly, comfortable environment where we take the time to get to know our patients. We have a wonderful team, an established patient base, and a work environment that is professional, supportive, and enjoyable.

Who We’re Looking For

• We are looking for a dentist who is personable, clinically capable, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Experience is welcome, but we are also open to a motivated newer dentist who would enjoy working alongside an experienced team and continuing to grow clinically.
• Our goal is to find someone who wants more than simply a place to work — we’d like to find a dentist who can become an important part of our practice and team for years to come.
• Minnesota dental license required or eligibility for Minnesota licensure.

*Compensation: Approximately 32-35% of collections to be reviewed and discussed further in an interview.
