Associate Dentist – Biologically Based Dental Practice

Sedation & Implant Dentistry is looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Dentist to join our growing, biologically based dental practice.

We are not a traditional dental office. Our philosophy is centered on looking beyond the tooth and considering the connection between oral health, overall health, airway, function, and quality of life. We take the time to educate our patients, discuss options, and provide individualized care based on their unique needs and goals.

We are seeking a dentist who is compassionate, curious, growth-oriented, and aligned with a more comprehensive approach to dentistry.

• Biologically based and comprehensive dentistry
• Oral-systemic health and the connection between the mouth and the body
• Patient education and informed decision-making
• Implant dentistry
• Sedation dentistry, including oral and IV sedation

• Ceramic/zirconia implant options

You will have the opportunity to work alongside two experienced dentists, one with more than 40 years of clinical experience, extensive training in sedation and implant dentistry, and a passion for continuing education and biologically based care.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota
• Provides excellent, compassionate patient care
• Enjoys educating patients rather than simply recommending treatment
• Is interested in biological/holistic dentistry and whole-body health
• Is open-minded and willing to learn new concepts and techniques
• Values comprehensive diagnosis and thoughtful treatment planning
• Communicates well with patients and team members
• Is comfortable working with patients who may have dental anxiety
• Wants to continue growing clinically and professionally
• Is dependable, team-oriented, and genuinely cares about the patient experience

Experience in biological dentistry, sedation, implants, airway dentistry, or functional dentistry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to mentor the right dentist who is enthusiastic about learning and developing in these areas.
