Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a range of dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and clear retainers.
• Examine patients, assess dental needs, and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Deliver high-quality care while maintaining strong attention to detail and patient comfort.
• Explain treatment options clearly, including expected outcomes, timelines, and any relevant considerations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with clinic standards.
• Coordinate care with the dental team to support smooth appointment flow and follow-ups.
• Support patient education focused on prevention, oral health habits, and long-term results.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures throughout all patient interactions.
• Stay up to date with current best practices to continuously improve the quality of care.

Requirements

• Valid dental license
• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Years of experience: Experience level can vary—bring your background and confidence in clinical care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and comfort providing restorative and common oral procedures.
• Experience or familiarity with dental documentation and charting practices.
• Relevant software/tools: Ability to work with common dental practice software and digital charting systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Strong teamwork and professionalism in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and provide consistent care across appointments.

Compensation: $250,000 – $450,000 / year (full-time).
