Then we may be looking for you.

We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, team-oriented practice. We work hard, laugh a lot, and believe going to the dentist should be a great experience — for our patients and our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Present treatment plans and help patients understand their options
• Discuss financial options and help patients feel confident moving forward
• Keep the schedule flowing and the day running smoothly
• Build genuine relationships with patients
• Work closely with the clinical and front office teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of dental front office experience
• Open Dental experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Someone who can keep up when things get busy
• A team player who brings personality, positivity, and a great attitude
