Are you an experienced dental professional who is exceptional with people, comfortable discussing treatment and finances, and thrives in a high-performing practice?

Stanley Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator to join our team. This is a key position within our practice and is ideal for someone who understands dentistry, builds trust easily with patients, and knows how to confidently guide patients from treatment presentation through financial arrangements and scheduling.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous dental office experience and proficiency with Dentrix are required.

What You'll Do

As our Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator, you will:

• Present comprehensive treatment plans to new and existing patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner
• Help patients understand recommended treatment, fees, insurance benefits, and financial options
• Coordinate financing and payment arrangements
• Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and help move patients forward with their care
• Collect and post patient payments and oversee patient checkout
• Maintain accurate patient financial information and accounts
• Help optimize scheduling and patient flow
• Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced dental professional who is:

• Proficient in Dentrix — required
• Experienced in dental treatment presentation and/or financial coordination
• Comfortable discussing significant treatment investments and financial options
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• An excellent communicator who connects easily with patients
• Confident, professional, and service-minded
• Able to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a busy environment
• Accountable and motivated by helping both patients and the practice succeed

This position is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them overcome the financial or logistical barriers that may prevent them from moving forward with needed or desired treatment.
