Dental Practice Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, personable, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator to join our busy, well-established group dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys building relationships with patients, and takes initiative in helping patients understand and move forward with recommended care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting treatment plans and clearly explaining procedures, fees, insurance estimates, and financing options
• Coordinating appointments and helping patients complete recommended treatment
• Following up with patients regarding unscheduled or incomplete treatment
• Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with claims and other insurance-related questions
• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the daily needs of the front-office team
• Working closely with our doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience

The ideal candidate will be kind, professional, dependable, assertive, and comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through are essential.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience working in a dental office. Previous experience presenting treatment plans, coordinating comprehensive dental care, and working with dental insurance is strongly preferred. Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, PracticeWorks, or a similar dental practice-management system is also helpful. Eaglesoft experience is especially desirable.
