Treatment Coordinator

Overview

Bright Now! Dental in Martinez, CA, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who brings a great personality, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Schedule (days/hours)

monday 9-7p, tuesday 9-7p, wednesday 8-530p, thursday 730-430p, friday 8-530p

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience preferred
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation

$22-$24/hour
