Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Greet and support patients with a welcoming attitude
- Manage treatment plan data across multiple software systems
- Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates for financial arrangements
- Handle treatment paperwork including consent, insurance, and exit forms
- Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, costs, and objections
Qualifications
- 1+ years of medical or dental front desk experience
- Insurance verification experience
- Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
