Lenker Dental, located in Paoli, PA, is searching for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are a private family owned general practice that has been serving the Paoli community for over 50 years! The schedule is full-time. No late nights or weekends make for a wonderful work/life balance!

• Mondays 7:45am - 5pm
• Tuesdays 7:45am - 5pm
• Thursdays 7:45am - 5pm
• Fridays 7:45am - 2pm

We are offering a competitive hourly wage of $27-$37 (based on experience), along with the following benefits:

We seek an eager to learn and team focused Treatment Coordinator who excels in:

• Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Creating positive relationships with patients and team members
• Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively
• 2+ years of General Dental Front Office experience

Responsibilities include:

• Consistent treatment presentation and documentation
• Complete patient follow ups in timely manner to keep patients on track with recommended treatment.
• Produce accurate insurance verification and benefit estimations support informed patient decisions.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction, as reflected in feedback, reviews, and referrals.
• Provide ongoing support to the front office team, contributing to an organized, efficient environment through collaborative task-sharing and dependable communication
• Caputure patient account data prior to patient being seated for treatment at each appointment to ensure staff is prepared for appointment
• Support day to day office operations
• Ensure scheduling efficienciy to meet office production and collection goals
