Rooted Dentistry is a fast-growing, doctor-owned private practice in Black Diamond, WA, and we’re looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator / Invisalign Patient Concierge to join our team.

And here’s the important part:

You do NOT need dental experience.

We can teach you insurance.
We can teach you dental terminology.
We can teach you Invisalign.
We can teach you treatment plans, financing, and our systems.

What is much harder to teach is personality, confidence, drive, warmth, competitiveness, and the ability to genuinely connect with people.

You may already work in dentistry — but you absolutely do not have to.

If you have spent years building regulars, remembering drink orders, reading a room, upselling without making it feel like an upsell, or making people feel taken care of — those skills translate extremely well here.

What You’ll Actually Do

You will be one of the final and most important steps in the patient experience.

Our doctors, hygienists, and clinical team do an incredible job educating patients and identifying opportunities to improve their health and smile.

Your job is to take that excitement and help the patient actually move forward.

You’ll:

• Meet with patients after they’ve discussed treatment with the doctor
• Help patients understand their treatment plan in simple, approachable language
• Present Invisalign and other comprehensive treatment options
• Discuss pricing, insurance, financing, and payment options
• Help patients overcome barriers and confidently make decisions
• Schedule treatment and secure commitments
• Follow up with patients who aren’t quite ready yet
• Create an experience where patients feel supported — never pressured
• Build genuine relationships with patients
• Track your results and work toward individual and team goals
