Treatment Coordinator (Dental)

- MUST HAVE EAGLESOFT EXPERIENCE -

We’re hiring an experienced Treatment Coordinator at Zoma Dental.

We are a family practice that focuses on patient care. We also have an amazing team that's wonderful to work with.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, always willing to help, and has a great friendly personality.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the dental field.
• Must have experience working with Eaglesoft

Responsibilities :

• Verifying patient benefits and preparing patient estimates
• Reviewing the proposed treatment plan with patients
• Helping patients to understand what their benefits are
• Discussing financing options
• Make sure all patients sign a Treatment Plan and make payments upfront.
• Submitting claims/pre-authorizations to insurance companies
• Schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments
• As well as other administrative tasks

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
