Our growing, state-of-the-art dental practice is searching for an energetic, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do

As the final step in a patient's treatment journey, you'll play a key role in helping patients move forward with the care they need by:

• Building strong relationships and earning patient trust
• Presenting treatment recommendations with confidence and enthusiasm
• Helping patients understand the value of their dental care
• Creating customized financial solutions that fit each patient's budget
• Explaining dental insurance benefits in an easy-to-understand way
• Overcoming concerns and answering questions with professionalism and empathy
• Following up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance and completion
• Working closely with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Contributing to office goals and celebrating team successes

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a dental office as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Front Desk Coordinator, or similar patient-facing role
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is preferred
• Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
