Traveling Dental Front Office Coordinator - Financial Coordinator

Mosaic Dental Collective, is looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused Financial Front Office Coordinator to join our team and support local dental clinics in the Seattle Metro area. Our front offices runs on teamwork, communication, and positivity—and with the support of Mosaic Dental Collective, you’ll have everything you need to thrive and grow in your career. This is a 4-5 day work week schedule, Mon- Fri supporting all western WA clinics, in the Seattle/Bellevue metro area and the Practice Administrator. Pay Range: $28.15 - $36.60 hr

What You'll Do

• Travel to Mosaic clinics to cover front desk duties in Seattle, Bellevue, Arlington, Mill Creek, Bothell, Issaquah and Federal Way metro areas.
• Answer phones, check in patients
• Service Collections
• Coordinate schedules and manage appointments
• Handle insurance verifications and post payments accurately
• Keep things flowing between various front office needs of the Mosaic Dental Collective group of dental offices
• Bring a calm, can-do attitude that helps make clinics run smoothly

Location: Work will be based at a home office location, but must have ability to travel to other locations cover for absences, leaves, and vacations. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
• 2 years dental office experience required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable, and ethical
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Open Dental highly preferred
• Ability to travel to Mosaic clinics in the Seattle metro area, Federal Way to Arlington, WA
