Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in procedures.
• Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate with clinical staff, and manage patient flow using medical scheduling software
• Verify insurance coverage, explain treatment plans, and collect payments while adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Handle phone communication with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Support administrative functions such as filing, faxing, copying, and managing electronic health records.

Experience

• Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous to effectively serve diverse patient populations
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient service while maintaining clinical confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards
