Spanish-speaking Dental Treatment Coordinator / Case Acceptance Specialist

Beautiful office in San Juan Capistrano looking for a Front Desk! MUST SPEAK SPANISH. Please do not apply if you are not fluent in Spanish as our demographic is 90% Spanish speakers.

We are looking for high performers with experience in dental front desk and treatment coordination. Experience with sales is important. You must have great customer service and work well under fast environments and stay calm under pressure. Duties that this position includes are below.

Responsibilities:

• - Present Treatment plans/Provide patients with financing options to close TX
• Oversee daily office operations
• - knowing insurances; Dentical and PPOs
• -Schedule productively looking at opportunities on the schedule
• -Obtain insurance breakdowns and eligibility for pts/properly enter in patients file
• - Post rendered treatment and bill insurances
• - Assist new and existing patients schedule appointments
• - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (OSHA & HIPPA)
• - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a dental front desk/tc
- Familiarity with Dentrix software
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
