Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Opportunity in Newport, RI: Join a Team That Feels Like Home

You became a hygienist because you care about people.

But somewhere between the double-booked schedule, the broken instruments, the passive-aggressive team chat, and the fifth patient in a row who never got a proper perio workup — you started wondering if this is just how it is.

Rushed. Overlooked. Groundhog Day, every day.

That's not burnout from the work. That's burnout from the environment.

A few years ago, we took a hard look at our own hygiene team and realized they were feeling exactly that. So we rebuilt it.

We redesigned the schedule so appointments breathe. We put a fair pay and growth structure in place that actually rewards your clinical excellence. We handed autonomy back to the hygiene team — because you're the clinician, and you should drive the appointment.

We invested in the tools that make your job easier and better: digital x-rays, intraoral scanning, AI-powered voice-to-perio charting, and air polishing with guided biofilm therapy. Efficiency. Comfort. Outcomes your patients can feel.

And we built a team that communicates, collaborates, and actually has each other's backs.

This isn't a talking point. It's a system we've refined over the past decade — and it works.

If any of this sounds like the practice you've been looking for — and not the one you've been stuck in — we'd love to have a conversation.

No pressure. Just a real discussion about what a fulfilling career in hygiene could look like within our group.

Reach out. You've earned better.
