Registered Dental Hygienist ( New Grads Welcome-X-ray Cert Req-Anesthesia Preferred)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients while performing essential dental hygiene duties. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, aseptic techniques, and proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix.

Duties

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories of patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and work areas following aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
• Experience with Dentrix software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in patient care, communication, and interpersonal relations.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic medical imaging techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
