We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Alta Sky location and help us continue creating an outstanding experience for our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care

• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice

• Take digital X-rays and maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation

• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal health, home care, and recommended treatment

• Identify opportunities for comprehensive patient care and collaborate with the doctor on treatment needs

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients

• Help patients stay consistent with their recommended recare and periodontal maintenance

• Work alongside our doctors, assistants, front office, and leadership team to create a smooth patient experience

• Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For

• Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license

• A patient-first mindset and passion for providing excellent care

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

• Comfortable discussing periodontal health and recommended treatment with patients

• Organized with strong attention to clinical documentation and detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the practice
