Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist – Full Time

A Family Dental Practice is seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our team 4 days per week.

We’re a high-tech, patient-focused office equipped with CBCT, intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and lasers. Our ideal candidate: takes excellent radiographs, understands time management, communicates well with patients and advocates for their dental health, takes thorough notes, and thrives in a positive organized environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hygienist, or 3+ years as an RDA
• Dentrix/Dexis software knowledge (preferred)
• Strong commitment to patient comfort and ethical, high-quality care
• Laser Experience

Schedule:

• Mondays - Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Typical Schedule is 1 patient per hour but must be flexible when needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Higher of Base Pay $60/HR OR 30% of daily production
• 401(k) match and profit-sharing available for part-time employees
