Marana Dental Care adding to our team, and we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who loves what they do and wants to be part of a genuinely great team.

We are a privately owned, modern, fully digital dental practice in Marana, AZ. We care deeply about our patients, the quality of dentistry we provide, and creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work. We’re looking for someone who is confident clinically, dependable, positive, and enjoys building genuine relationships with patients.

What You'll Do

• Provide thorough, high-quality preventive hygiene care

• Educate patients and help them understand their oral health and treatment needs

• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients

• Perform periodontal assessments and take necessary dental radiographs

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with the doctor and dental team

• Help create an efficient, comfortable, and positive patient experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional operatory

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills

• Confident in your clinical skills and committed to providing quality care

• A team player who is willing to jump in and help when needed

• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their patients

• Previous private-practice experience preferred, but we're open to the right person
