Madison Family Dental is a growing, patient-focused practice providing general care, implants, IV sedation, and short term ortho. We're led by Raj Kshatri, DDS, AF/AAID — an Associate Fellow of the AAID and Fellow of both the ACD and ICD — and we're looking for a skilled, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We're Hiring All Experience Levels
Whether you're a recent graduate or a seasoned hygienist with years of perio and case-acceptance experience, we want to hear from you. Pay is based on your background and skill level — from $28/hour for entry-level candidates up to $45+/hour for highly experienced hygienists.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist with treatment planning and case presentation as needed
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient charting
• Work closely with our doctor and front office team to deliver excellent patient care

What We're Looking For

• Active Tennessee RDH license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• New grads welcome — mentorship provided

Days/Hours.

Mondays-Thursday 7am-4pm

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
