Howard Dentistry is a private, locally owned dental practice that has proudly served our community for 19 years. We’re a patient-focused office dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly, team-oriented environment. Our team includes two doctors and three full-time hygienists who love what they do and support one another every day. We take pride in building long-term relationships with our patients and providing quality dentistry with a personal touch.

Position Details
We’re looking for a caring and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! New graduates welcome!

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch from 12:00–1:00 PM)

NO Fridays!!!

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take digital radiographs as needed for patient care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Assist with sterilization and help maintain cleanliness of instruments and operatories
• Work closely with doctors and fellow team members to ensure smooth patient flow
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification
• Eaglesoft knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player

Base Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
