Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist. Our dental office is seeking a dedicated RDH to provide top-quality care and education to our valued patients. This is traditional dental hygiene with 1 hour appointments. M-TH 8am-5pm with$60-73/hr plus bonus and healthcare insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting as needed
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure great pt care
• Maintain a clean and sterilized work environment
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) candidate should have a mix of technical skills, patient care expertise, and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in WA
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft is a plus!
• A passion for patient care and a positive attitude
