We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist at Dr. David Hone’s, you will work closely with a supportive team and a friendly doctor to deliver exceptional care. We want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping patients maintain their oral health. This position offers the opportunity to work with new equipment and build relationships in a practice that values teamwork and a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs and ensure they are accurately reviewed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures
• As part of the team, ensure infection control
• Foster a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment for patients and team members

Qualifications:

• Dental Hygienist license in Washington State
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach
• Comfortable working with new equipment and technology in a fast-paced environment
• Strong situational awareness

Hours of Operation:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
