Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays
Pay: $26–$32 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team. This is a great opportunity for an RDA who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting doctors, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

What You’ll Do

• Assist dentists during a variety of general and specialty dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs
• Assist with impressions, digital scans, and other clinical procedures
• Review patient charts and ensure necessary materials are prepared
• Maintain proper sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards
• Turn over and prepare operatories efficiently between patients
• Provide patients with clear instructions and a welcoming experience
• Monitor and maintain clinical supplies and equipment
• Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and other team members
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive back-office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RDA license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional and positive communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative clinical team
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care
