Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
• Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Collect co-payments and process patient transactions
• Present and explain treatment plans
• Verify and coordinate dental insurance benefits
• File, scan, and maintain patient records
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately
• Assist with daily office operations and support the team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
