Pediatric dental front office position (Bilingual)

Position requires:

• Hours-7:45-4:45 Monday-Friday.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish as well as English is required.
• Minimum of 1 year previous dental experience with focus on scheduling, dental insurance, collecting co-payments and ability to interpret patient financial ledger.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to be an asset to our front office team.
• Attention to detail with ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills making a strong connection with our patients/parents.
• Must be prompt with excellent attendance record.
• Friendly upbeat individual that will always greet our patients/parents with a smile.
• Previous experience with Dentrix Ascend helpful.
