Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a small office setting where teamwork and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments
• Ensure patient comfort and manage child-friendly interactions
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support front office or administrative tasks as needed
• Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed in a small practice

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with children
• Flexibility to take on multiple tasks in a small team setting
• X-ray certification is required
