Pediatric Clinical Team Member — Entry Level

Our pediatric dental practice is looking for someone who enjoys children, notices what needs to be done, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow.

No dental experience needed—we provide training and support to help you build valuable skills for a lifelong career in dentistry.

Maybe your background is in restaurants, retail, customer service, childcare, or an office. Your people skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn could make you a great fit!

We work hard, and we want to have fun doing it! Our days are busy and hands-on, with opportunities to help children feel proud, make families feel welcome, and celebrate little victories. We’re looking for someone who wants to jump in, learn, and make a difference while being thorough and taking pride in doing things well.

This is a clinical position. As your training progresses, you’ll learn to help children feel comfortable, prepare treatment areas, assist the doctor during appointments, and follow detailed cleaning and safety procedures.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
