Patient Care Coordinator — Full-Time

The Nest Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator with dental front desk experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, check patients in and out, and schedule appointments
• Verify dental insurance benefits, including frequencies and limitations
• Submit insurance claims and enter EOBs
• Coordinate financial arrangements and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete clerical duties
• Communicate and coordinate with other dental offices

We have streamlined systems for online registration, health histories, statements, payments, and automated appointment reminders. Our patients and families are respectful, punctual, and rarely miss appointments.

Ideal Candidate

The right person is dependable, personable, thorough, organized, and eager to learn. Previous experience with dental insurance and front desk responsibilities is strongly preferred.
