Patient Care Coordinator (DENTAL)

This is a high-touch, high-impact role. From the first call to the final follow-up, you’re the person patients count on to make the experience smooth, kind, and clear.

What You’ll Own and Drive:

• Delivering an exceptional front-desk experience that feels personal and professional
• Scheduling patients strategically to support daily production goals and timely care
• Walking patients through treatment plans clearly — no jargon, just honest guidance
• Coordinating with assistants, providers, and insurance to ensure seamless execution
• Owning key systems like new patient onboarding, payment collection, and chart audits
• Tracking patient progress, cancellations, and reappointments to protect case acceptance
• Representing ACE with warmth, clarity, and follow-through — every single time

What You Bring:

• Experience in a dental or medical front office preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and patient-facing
• Organized, accountable, and proactive in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection
• A friendly, solutions-oriented attitude — you’re the kind of person people trust

Job Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time | In-Person
• $16.00–$20.00/hour based on experience
• Daily and monthly bonuses available
