Temporary / Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to provide temporary and part-time coverage at several well-established family dental practices throughout the Spokane area. This position allows you to choose the days, and hours that fit your schedule, making it ideal for hygienists looking for extra income or a flexible work-life balance.

Our offices is modern, patient-focused, and supported by friendly teams that value quality care and teamwork. Whether you're available one day a week or several days each month, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and recommended treatment.
• Review medical histories and perform patient assessments.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Document clinical findings accurately using Dentrix Ascend.
• Assist in creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Maintain strict infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a general dentistry practice preferred.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend and digital radiography is a plus.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to adapt to different office environments.
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
