Responsibilities

• Prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and debridement
• Periodontal and oral health assessments
• Oral cancer screenings
• Digital radiographs
• Fluoride treatments
• Patient education and home-care recommendations
• Accurate clinical documentation
• Collaboration with our doctors to provide excellent comprehensive care
• Maintaining appropriate infection-control standards

1 hour for phophys/perio charting. No SRP's done in our clinic.

Benefits

Pay at $85/hour

Paid Vacation: 80 hours PTO for full-time employees after 3 months. Unused vacation may be rolled over or paid out at year-end.

Medical Insurance: Provided for eligible full-time employees.

Dental Care: Cleanings, exams, X-rays, fillings, and crowns provided at no charge after 6 months of full-time employment.

Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Paid Sick Leave: Accrues with employment. Eligible unused sick time may be rolled over or paid out at year-end.

Additional 3% Annual Compensation: Receive an additional 3% of eligible annual earnings, which you may put toward your own retirement account or use however you choose.

Paid Parking

Discounted Aesthetic Treatments:

Botox – $7/unit

Dermal filler – $200/syringe

Additional Time Off: Our office is closed the last week of December and first week of January. This additional time off is unpaid with the exception of holiday pay.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM

Position is full-time

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current Washington State dental hygiene license and required certifications
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Able to commute to Bellevue, WA

Job Type: Full time at 32 hours per week

Pay: $85.00 per hour
