Registered Dental Hygienist

We are a long-established, privately owned family dental practice located on the west side of Santa Barbara, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on Mondays!

• Active California RDH License (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
• 1+ years experience welcome to apply. 3+ years experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal charting
• Utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting and patient records - if you are not familiar with Eaglesoft we will provide training.
• Manage patient appointments with comfortable 60 minutes blocks to ensure thorough care
• Educate patients on preventive oral hygiene and treatment plans

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $68-$74 based on experience
• Structure: Hourly based rate
• Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $68.00 - $74.00 per hour
