• Treat a broad mix of children, adolescents, and adults using braces, clear aligners, and orthodontic appliances.
• New graduates will be considered when they demonstrate exceptional leadership potential, maturity, and ownership motivation.

Your Practice

• Full-time weekday schedule with an early Friday finish.
• Modern, efficient orthodontic environment with five operatories and digital workflows.
• Experienced practice manager, clinical assistants, and scheduling support.
• PPO patient base with established community and referral relationships.
• Meaningful clinical autonomy with the opportunity to guide team development and future growth.

Compensation, Benefits & Ownership

• $300,000–$350,000+ annual compensation potential.
• A competitive daily guarantee will be established based on experience.
• Sign-on and relocation packages are highly negotiable. Standard packages generally range from $5,000–$10,000, with larger packages possible for the right candidate.
• 401(k) with a 4% employer match and medical benefits. Complete benefit details will be reviewed with qualified candidates.
• 20% ownership opportunity
• Monthly continuing education and ongoing mentorship through the organization’s doctor-owner and executive community.

Candidate Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• Eligible for unrestricted licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused, growth-minded approach and genuine interest in long-term ownership.
