Step Into an Established Practice

The incoming orthodontist will step into an established practice with an existing patient base, experienced support team, strong community presence and established referral relationships.

The practice treats a broad mix of children, adolescents and adults using traditional braces, clear aligners and orthodontic appliances.

The office features a modern orthodontic environment, digital workflows and five operatories, along with an experienced practice manager, clinical assistants and scheduling support.

20% Ownership Opportunity

Compensation

Sign-on and relocation assistance are available and negotiable. Packages generally range from approximately $5,000–$10,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Completing orthodontic residency in 2026 or 2027? We want to hear from you.

The departing orthodontist is available to provide approximately three to six months of transition and mentorship, depending on the incoming doctor's experience and comfort level.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a DDS or DMD degree
• Have completed or be completing an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Be eligible for dental licensure in North Dakota
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care
• Communicate effectively with patients, parents and team members
• Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Be interested in building a long-term future with the practice
