The Orthodontic Gallery is a new, modern orthodontic specialty practice opening in Riverview, Florida. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly personable Treatment Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant to join our founding team.

This is a hybrid position for someone who enjoys both the clinical and patient-relationship sides of orthodontics. You’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional new-patient experience while also supporting clinical care.

As a startup practice, we’re looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, organized, and excited to help build a practice from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join early, help shape our systems and culture, and grow into a leadership role as the practice expands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and guide them through the consultation process
• Assist with new-patient examinations and consultations
• Present treatment fees, financing options, and insurance benefits clearly and confidently
• Follow up with prospective patients and help facilitate treatment starts
• Coordinate same-day starts when appropriate
• Obtain digital scans, photographs, X-rays, and orthodontic records
• Provide chairside orthodontic assistance and support routine clinical procedures
• Educate patients about braces, clear aligners, appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate with patients and families by phone, text, and email
• Help keep clinical and consultation areas organized and efficient
• Assist with front-office responsibilities when needed
• Help develop workflows and systems as the practice grows
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate has previous orthodontic experience and understands both clinical orthodontics and the new-patient process. Treatment Coordinator, case-acceptance, or other patient-facing experience is highly valued.

You should be comfortable discussing treatment fees and financing, following up with prospective patients, and helping families feel informed and confident about beginning treatment.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, dependable, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.Because this is a startup practice, the right person will enjoy wearing multiple hats and taking on additional responsibilities as the office grows.

Experience with digital orthodontic workflows, intraoral scanning, orthodontic photography, clear aligners, and practice-management software is a plus.

Spanish fluency is a strong plus.

Compensation & Growth

• $24–$30/hour, based on orthodontic and Treatment Coordinator experience
• Performance-based bonus program planned as the practice grows
• Full-time position with opportunities for expanded responsibilities as patient volume grows
• Potential to grow into a Lead Treatment Coordinator / Clinical Coordinator role
• Opportunity to join the founding team and help shape the systems, culture, and patient experience of a new orthodontic practice
