Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, polished, and results-driven Dental Treatment Coordinator with a strong focus on treatment presentation and case acceptance.

This role is central to the success of the practice. You will guide patients through their recommended care by clearly presenting treatment plans, educating them on their options, and helping them confidently move forward. Your ability to communicate value, build trust, and navigate financial conversations will directly impact patient outcomes and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all treatment presentations with clarity, confidence, and a patient-first approach
• Translate clinical diagnoses into easy-to-understand treatment plans and benefits
• Review insurance coverage and provide accurate, transparent cost estimates
• Present financial options, including payment plans and third-party financing
• Drive case acceptance by addressing patient concerns and overcoming objections
• Ensure patients leave with a clear understanding of next steps and scheduled treatment
• Proactively follow up on pending or unscheduled treatment to convert opportunities
• Coordinate pre-authorizations and insurance approvals efficiently
• Work closely with the doctor to align on treatment recommendations and messaging
• Maintain detailed documentation of all treatment discussions and patient decisions
• Support scheduling optimization to ensure productive and efficient provider time

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and comprehensive treatment planning
• Demonstrated ability to successfully present and close treatment plans
• Proficiency in insurance breakdowns, estimates, and financial coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
• Confidence discussing finances and guiding patient decision-making
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
