Mi Sonrisa is a growing, patient-centered practice in Dallas dedicated to providing high-quality care to our community. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our team on Sundays.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible weekend hours in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Sundays
• Compensation: Hourly pay (negotiable based on experience)
• Modern, fully equipped office
• Established orthodontic patient flow
• Friendly and supportive team

Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, aligners, adjustments, etc.)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
• Take scans, photos, and radiographs (as permitted by certification)
• Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience
• Active Texas RDA license
• Radiology certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Spanish speaking is a preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
