Surgical Assistant

Quad County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a dependable, motivated, and compassionate Surgical Assistant to join our team!

Our practice consists of two oral and maxillofacial surgeons with four office locations in Butler, Grove City, Brookville, and Kittanning, Pennsylvania. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients, and is ready to be an important part of our surgical team.

Responsibilities

As a Surgical Assistant, you will work closely with our surgeons and clinical team to provide excellent patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the surgeon during oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures
• Preparing surgical rooms and necessary instruments for procedures
• Seating patients and preparing them for treatment
• Assisting the doctor during patient examinations and consultations
• Sterilizing, disinfecting, and organizing surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintaining clean and properly stocked surgical rooms
• Helping ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Following infection-control and sterilization protocols
• Working collaboratively with doctors, fellow surgical assistants, and front-office staff
• Traveling between our Butler, Grove City, Brookville, and Kittanning locations as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
