Office Manager

Absolute Dental is looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our Topsy practice in Carson City! We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can build a strong team, support daily operations, and create a positive experience for patients and employees.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $52,000–$65,000, based on experience
• Performance Bonuses: $10,000–$20,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000, subject to eligibility and repayment terms

• Lead daily operations at our Topsy practice in Carson City
• Build, coach, and support front and back office teams
• Partner with the provider to keep the office running smoothly
• Improve scheduling efficiency, patient experience, and office performance
