We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to join our team and help us continue providing excellent patient care.

Flexible schedule: Full-time or part-time, with options for 3–5 days per week.

Compensation options: Full-time employment with benefits or a higher salary option for those who prefer not to receive benefits.

Customized arrangement: We are open to discussing a schedule and compensation structure that works for both the candidate and our practice.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain an efficient, well-organized appointment book.

Manage patient billing and help ensure accurate, timely collections.

Submit, monitor, and follow up on dental insurance claims.

Help oversee daily front office operations and maintain organized office systems.

Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients regarding appointments, billing, and insurance.

Work collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team to support smooth office operations.

Take initiative, solve problems, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and the patient experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous dental office experience is required.

Experience with dental front office management and daily practice operations is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Dentrix is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence with computers, dental software, billing, and insurance processes.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.

A self-motivated, dependable team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, anticipate what needs to be done, and take pride in helping a dental practice run smoothly.

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and the responsibilities of the position. We are happy to discuss the available scheduling, compensation, and benefits options with qualified candidates.
