NextCare Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Bilingual Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking someone with 1–3 years of front desk experience who enjoys working with patients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions.
• Communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Help manage the daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of front desk or receptionist experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Dental office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and a team player.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dental office.
