Front Desk Staff - Dental Lab

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Office Manager to join our growing dental laboratory team. This position is responsible for managing daily front office operations, providing exceptional customer service to dental offices, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and laboratory technicians. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Greet clients, patients, and delivery personnel.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing dental cases with dental offices and laboratory technicians.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and case completion timelines.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized office environment.
• Process invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records and case documentation.
• Supervise and support front office staff as needed.
• Train new employees on office procedures and customer service standards.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist ownership with administrative projects and daily office management.

Qualifications

• Previous front office or administrative experience required.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a dental office or dental laboratory is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental practice/laboratory software.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
